Rejo Zenger werkt als beleidsadviseur bij digitale burgerrechtenbeweging Bits of Freedom. De organisatie zet zich in voor de bescherming van grondrechten, zoals de vrijheid van meningsuiting en privacy, van de internetgebruiker. Hij houdt zich op het moment bezig met het voorkomen dat overheden encryptie verzwakken, een Europees voorstel voor een internetfilter en de macht van bijna-monopolisten zoals Facebook.

Stationed in Mons, Belgium, Neil is presently a Strategic Communications (StratCom) Staff Officer; his portfolio currently includes the integration of StratCom into NATO’s military Cyber Defense capabilities, and information environment assessment. Prior to his present position, Neil served as an Air Force Office of Special Investigations Special Agent leading and conducting criminal and counterintelligence investigations in the United States, Belgium, Germany, S. Korea and Iraq. He also previously served as the US Defense Attaché to Niamey, Niger. In addition to his military duties, he is an adjunct professor with St. Louis University and teaches Risk and Threat Assessment.

ARJEN KAMPHUIS

Arjen Kamphuis worked for IBM as IT-architect in the '90's. From 2002 to 2010 he advised several European countries on IT-strategy, opensource and open standards. Since 2006 he helps secures the information systems of corporates, national government and NGO's. His work ranges from regular privacy-compliance and security-awareness up to countering espionage against companies, journalists and governments. To keep up technically Arjen is involved with the global hacker-scene and keeps in touch with (former)employees of spy agencies and other professionals who work at the front of critical infrastructure protection.
